Questions & Answers

How are Holidays picked?

Major holidays are holidays almost everyone celebrates. Minor holidays are mostly picked by a vote on the Events board, this vote must run for at-least 2 days (if there's a clear outcome), otherwise it runs for a week. Note: Religious holidays aren't allowed, unless they've been overly commercialized (such as Christmas) or are only religious in name. Holidays about tragic events are also not allowed, we wish to keep the atmosphere fun and not sad.

What about "National Days"?

For those who don't know, National Days are big and important days for a country, usually an independence day. The Wiki will celebrate these as neither Major or Minor days, but rather National Days. 20 YanYen will be given on these days. Note: Only 4 countries' national days are currently celebrated. More countries will be added by petition.
